After graduating from design school, I began my career at large residential firms, where I honed my technical skills and gained invaluable experience. However, my true passion emerged when I founded Earthstone Tile Works, a boutique tile shop and design studio in Philadelphia.

It was there that I learned to truly listening to my clients and understanding their unique needs. This personalized approach has allowed me to create spaces that not only meet their expectations but also reflect their stories and individual styles.

In 2018, I moved to Montgomery County with my husband and two daughters. Drawing upon my 20 years of design experience, I founded Ferraro & Co. based on the belief that a well-designed home should serve as a beautiful foundation for everyday life.
