how we work….
-
1. First Contact
After you complete the form on our contact page we will reach out for a quick phone call. during this call we will learn more about your expectations for the project . We will also go over our process, schedule, budget and fees with you.
If necessary we will set up a in person consultation. During this meeting we talk more about your project, see the space and get an idea of how you want to use it. We will also take some quick measurements and photos.
-
2. Proposal and Scope of Work
Now that we have all the details we will put together a comprehensive proposal. Once this is signed and returned we are ready for the fun part!
-
3. Design and Concept Meetings
We will meet you on site, walk through the space, take detailed measurements and discuss your hopes and dreams for the design. At this meeting we get a better understanding as to how you want to use the space so we can start building a design concept that is unique to you and your family.
At this time we will also start the process of selecting skilled craftsmen and contractors. A list of contractors can be provided if needed.
-
4. Design and Presentation
During this time, we curate a tailored design based on our conversations, your questionnaire responses, and our observations of your space. We thoughtfully source furnishings, materials, and finishes through our trusted network—balancing craftsmanship, durability, cost, and lead times.
After the design is approved we will create detailed drawings for construction purposes.
The design and presentation phase requires a considerable amount of time and decision making so please call or email us as needed.
-
5. Purchase and Procurement
We take care of sourcing, ordering, and coordinating logistics, so you can trust that every detail is managed and the project stays on schedule.
-
6. Build It
During this phase we will take on the role of project manager, acting as the liaison between you and the contractor to ensure a smoother process for your space to take shape.
